Hello Friends .. I have shared you the great work by ra3al and this works with all device which is running with ICS and JB. This is not port this is app and the title already mentioned it "Launcher" , this is work with all android device.
I have tested this in Xperia M

if you have rooted and want to push it to /system/app/ then just rename this apk to Home.apk and push and you're Done :D
